Man City v Newcastle

Man City Newcastle Manchester City

comment on the article

Manchester City continues to maintain their unbeaten home record.

They dominated most of the game, but most chances went begging.

Newcastle played really good football in the closing minutes. These lads can actually perform if they have the right mindset.

Regarding the disallowed City goal, was it a correct decision from the infamous Graham Poll?

Final Score: Man City 0-0 Newcastle

Have your say here.

wheras at a selled out twickenham or a packed millenium stadium you could hear a pin drop in the rugby games before kick off.

---

To be fair, you could hear a pin drop AFTER the kick off at the rugby grounds too.

ha ha!!!! newcastle always think they have this god given right to be a great club, you guys think that ur one of the biggest clubs in europe just coz 1 season many moons ago you finished 3rd, by a manager you then proceeded to sack... you have: 1. an all over the place stadium, blind mice could design a better stands than that 2. you have a manager out of his deoth totally. 3. unrealistic goalss such as getting a top 5 finish, 4. a stupid attitude thinking that your a big club, i mean you haven't won a domestic trophy for ny on 60 years!!

Well I was at the game today I think its plain and simple some of the players arent up to it simple as and with the squad we have PEARCE IS DOIN A GREAT JOB.As for Newcastle they lacked confidence direction there's no leader everyone of them were poor never looked liked scoring,as for Poll what a joke he has summat against Sinclair. Also how can Newcastle spend so much and be so poor Emre is terrible and parker overated.

So the result is acceptable. Away draw is never bad. But why aren't Rossi and Luque playing?? I thought they would after successful cup appearance. This isnt a rhetric question. Please someone enlighten me.

For Newcastle too do well and get a top 6 finish they need to buy good hard english players. Not crap la liga or sera a players ie luque, emre, martins, maybe roeder should look lowere down look at
D Bent for Charlto he has scored more goals then Martins, Luque and Owen put together and he cost a fraction of the price not an over paid 10 million+.
So Roeder if you are not sacked by Jan don't bye forigen crap by english products just like un every day life.

Shabuti

Be quiet you fool, the only people making any sort of noise was a few Geordies who obv came into the ground late. You could see them walking into the seated area jumping and shouting only to be shushed by a few people and do you know what happened? Yes they stopped shouting...........so to say that us footy fans are incapable of showing respect just goes to show what an idiotic fool you are. Go back to rugby if those are your thoughts, we don't want your type of 'fan' anyways.
