muse69jd (U6175431) posted Nov 13, 2006 Fair play to Gloucester, they were a very difficult defence to break down and were quickly back in line after the breakdown. Simpson-Daniel showed his class with every touch and made space from nowhere. Having said that, Irish clearly had the better pack in rolling mauls, pulling in more Gloucester men and still moving forward. This should have been a recipe for overlaps and tries but time and again, good ball was simply kicked away. Please Barry try and keep the ball in hand unless the garryowen really is the best option.
