We only have to draw one of those games and we're through, I'm comfortable with the situation innit.

Yeah me too mate. We been in much tighter spots against much harder teams. We are going to hit our stride. The football is there. We just need a rub of the green which we haven't been having.

Re: comment by Gooner in OC.....I totally agree with you.....Adu does not deserve all this attention......

re: re: comment by ForzaNapule on the "physical" aspect of the MLS....what "physical" game????...the MLS is more than two-thirds full of South/Central American "divers" (reminds us of certain countries.....)

Can you rely on Adu to perform wonders for Utd in the extra time of a semi final match in champions league, against Inter? think of it. A little less attention please...

Adu's total game has progressed but he is by no means in the starting 11 for the Premiership. He has plenty of potential but I think he's setting himself up to be disappointed. We are going to miss him at DC United. Best of luck to him.

Adu is lethal in one on one situations. He has brilliant ball skills but takes on more defenders than he should. He is more suited as a central midfielder than a forward or striker.

Somewhere the article says "Adu has also been linked with Chelsea and could be available in January, providing a fee can be agreed with MLS, who own his registration"
I only hope it doesn't turn out to be another Michael Obi's case.
This aside, his move will bring in fresh energy and talent.
