Tottenham v Chelsea

Premiership Tottenham Chelsea
comment on the article

A thriller at White Hart Lane from start to finish.

Both teams were positive from the start and it was a lively game throughout.

Three superb goals.

Spurs had to hold off some intense Chelsea pressure in the second half. The Blues could certainly not be accused of being boring today.

Terry looked a bit unlucky to have got sent off.

A great win for Spurs and both teams contributed to a very entertaining game.

It would be nice if Tottenham actually got some credit instead of an inquisition into the decisions.

Can't you read?

Most Chelsea fans has praised Spurs for a great performance but are rightly aggrieved by Graham Poll's questionable antics towards their team. Graham Poll is a disgrace and should be ditched from refereeing full stop.

BTW, it is sad that King, such a fantastic player, now can not play often for England because Terry or King or both would not play well alongside each other. If they are placed together, their partnership might not work well. Hope not.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

King should start for England full stop. Everytime he's pulled on the England shirt he's been outstanding. Rio Ferdinand has clearly been England's best performer of late so he can't be dropped. Terry has never ever looked anything above average for England so should no longer be considered for the squad. Simple.

FlingitNow,

Here he goes again. Terry this Terry that!

Get over it you sad little girl, Terry is rightfully captain of England and never will be dropped.

Although I would drop an ineffective Neville and replace Ferdinand with King.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

I never post supported views? How about my detailed analysis of Terry's performances in an England that even reasonable Chelsea fans end up agreeing that he hasn't done it for England.

I'm a Chelsea hater yet I consider A Cole the best LB on the planet and think that J Cole should be a definite starter for England and was England best attacking player that the last WC.

I think you'll find that all my views are correct and though often contraversial when I first say them within time people come round to my way of thinking I just realise things quicker than others.

There is no justification for terry being in the England first XI, I have defied anyone to come up with any evidence to support his inclusion in the starting XI and all they come up with is "he plays for Chelsea, Chelsea rea the best team in England therefore Terry is the greatest and bestest player to ever walk the face of the earth, so it doesn't ,atter that he consistently under performs for England". Here's a hint if a player is consistently "not up to his standards" for 2 years straight and makes "uncharacteristic errors" most games maybe it is your ideas of his standards that are wrong and maybe if he makes a mistake atleast every other game then perhaps they are not uncharacteristic?

Chelsea Logic is the biggest WUM on these boards ask anyone. I think you'll also find that quite a large number of England fans think that Lampard and Terry should be dropped from the team now. Granted it was contraversial when I pointed this out pre-world cup but now people are watching England games with open eyes and more and more are realising the truth.

Well thankyou Fling it although I feel you are the biggest WUM ever to grace the 606 meassageboards and most will agree with me on that.

How can anyone take someone like you seriously who makes outrageous claims such as....

Wes Brown is the best centre half in the premiership<doh>

Bring back Beckham who offers more for England on the righthand side than any other player <doh>

Terry and Lampard are rubbish players who pick the England team<doh>

Gary Neville is the best crosser in the England squad<doh>

You claim to sleep with several women at one time and have so many friends<doh>

You are quite simply a laughing stock<laugh>
