Nadal hasn't won a tournament in nearly six months, so although he's undoubtedly the best guy onclay I don't think that at the moment he's the 2nd best guy in the world. . .and very, very far from the best! furthermore, with all due respect, murray's win over federer wasn't all that good either...considering that federer at that point had played like 8 matches in 9 days...I do think that Berdych aswell as Murray has great potential...but their definitly not grand slam contenders for a while to come...

My predictions for Fed's challengers.

Aus Open: Nadal or Roddick
French Open: Nadal
Wimbleodn: No-One
US Open: Roddick, Blake

I don't think Federer will win all 4. It's about time he lost in a slam other than the FO, and I think he will only defend Wimbledon next year.

The most inportant thing is that he wins the French Open, so that no one can whinge over him being the best ever. It's amazing that some people don't realise that clay reduces Federer's effectiveness because it's so slow i.e. gives the others a chance against him. Also think Berdych looks amazing and he has crushed Nadal twice on hardcourt.

Anyone who doesn't think Federer could win all four GSs next year need their head examining. Fed will win at least three of them. I'm hoping Nadal will take RG though. Fed will go on to win most of the GSs until at least 2009.
