Desperately trying to find the name and artist of a Techno/Baseline/Electronic song. I've heard it a few times when i've been out but not been able to find out.All i know about the lyrics to the song is that is repeats "????? to the bassliners" (i think) quite alot then it goes into a banging techno/baseline beat. Also, in the middle of the song it says (i think) "all the people in the house say hoooo"Got a feeling its a uk old school tune but might not be.Would appreciate it if anyone had any ideas as i love the beat to thisThank you

DnB, Gettin better, or worse?

dont really know where DnB is heading these days, its starting to get very mainstream, i used to love hospitality when it first started with tunes like "racing green", "return of forever" and "fragle rock" but the last mix by danny byrd, i thought, was weak. on the other hand DJ's like D-Bridge, Break, Original Sin, Taxman, Majistrate & Nicol have completly smashed it over the last couple of years, seems that the techy DnB is getting alot more interesting and the liquid is getting diluted the more popular it gets, whats the thoughts on this?

the green party@macbether 22nd july

I just want to see if anyone else went to the green party at the macbeth in Hoxton last night? I was well up for a heavy night of classic hip-hop and some dub-step from shortee blitz and skream. But they must have consumed one too many party favours, as the music was terrible and they really emptied the dance-floor. Shortee played basically a mix of what i hear on 1 xtra every day (which is great..) but i expected A LOT more. And skream was really disappointing. He played some house tracks and didn't even drop any of his own mixes of dubstep. REALLY POOR!for £6 in on the door and some of the biggest dj's for their genre in London...I've got to say I've seen MUCH better for free. Step it up guys, for people who travel far and pay to come see you.

DrumWise Rec. DW01 [Smooth, Nookie, Rregula, Dementia] OUT!

DrumWise Rec. DW01 [Smooth, Nookie, Rregula, Dementia] OUT!In the beginning there was word. And after the word came sound. And Drums. And Bass.DrumWise is the first drum and bass label from the area of South Europe, more precisely from Slovenia established by dj Lunic. Its main aim is to promote d’n’b producers from these parts and to build connections between them, so that with synergetic effects music can touch more hearts. Music policy is wide and it goes from deep jazzy, funky, disco, to harder drum and bass with strong melodies, deep bass, punchy drums and sometimes lovely vocals. One cannot expect anything less than stories, journeys, and gatherings and experiences. It’s what DrumWise essentially is. It’s what music essentially is.DW01 OUT NOW!!!Massive tune from Smooths collaboration with Dementia and Rregula. B-side perfect remix from master Nookie. A Side: Smooth feat. Dementia & Rregula - On A missionB Side: Smooth - Slave (Nookie remix)Seek and you will find.DrumWise is not new in the field of drum and bass and first release is only a step on path. On a mission tells what essentially is all about. With rhythm section coming in from the start, this collaboration with the rising Slovenian hope Smooth and already established Dementia and Rregula, gives no space to breathe. Intro disco feeling, goes to crunchy uncompromised bass in and after the dropdown, and with disowned vocal in the back it creates a proper dancefloor smasher. On the other side, Slave from Smooth, reprogrammed by legendary Nookie is deeper than deep and crossed with huge bass line presha.direct link: http://www.drumwise.com/smooth-dementia-rregula-nookie-onamission-slave/more info: http://www.drumwise.com
