Last night, I was in Encore studios in LA with the Game, Black Wall st, and DJ Skee. Last night, I heard one of the most anticipated albums of the year!

Does Game have that crack music? Does he really rep for the West? Can he do it again without 50? Is Dre on the album?

This is what the street is asking, this what the fans are asking, Dj's and Journalists are itching to cast their judgement.

'One Blood' is the street single, and is killing the streets in the UK and the US, but this isnt s@*t compared to the album. The album isnt mixed yet, he's still adding vocals and we were listening to the tracks of the pro-tools files. I havent got the track titles, this isnt the order that they will appear on the album, but it went something like this when I hear them:

TRACK 1 - PRODUCED BY COOL & DRE FEATURING MARY J BLIGE
This is a top 5 smash for the UK....cant say anything else. This is fire.

TRACK 2 -PRODUCED BY JUST BLAZE FEAT MARSHA FROM FLOETRY, AND NAS
This is some seeeeeeeeeeeeerious crack! Nas kills it on the first verse, Just Blaze killed the beat, mad soulful! This is a classic

TRACK 3 - PRODUCED BY WIL-I-AM
Wil-I-am is giving problems to every producer! Yo the beat on this track stuuuuuupid. The bass is knocking so hard it will hurt your ears! Remember when you first heard 'Drop It Like Its Hot' by Snoop, and you were like 'What the f@$k is this!' Yep, this is the same kind of crack.

TRACK 4 - PRODUCED BY WIL-I-AM FEATURING FERGIE
Take the drums from Straight out of Compton and other West Coast classics, and take the horns from Dela Soul's 'Stakes is High'. Add the sample for Gangsta Boogie, and you have an absolute West Coast classic. Wil-I-am is on fire!!!!!

TRACK 5 - PRODUCED BY DR DRE FEATURING DR DRE & SNOOP DOGG
Did you like Doggystyle? The Chronic? The Chronic 2001?
Then you no whatsup with this joint. This is like the Holy Trinity for the West right here. Three generations of the sickest artists from the West all on one track. This is a classic. I'm in LA right now, and I know that this is going to get bumped out of every ride.

Does Game have that crack music? Does he really rep for the West? Can he do it again without 50? Is Dre on the album?

Yes!

The Doctors Advocate is a very sick album. The Game isn't going anywhere, he's already talking about his third album. The Game is back and he's keeping the West Coast alive!

Semtex

Want to hear it first?
Check me out every Friday and Saturday 7pm to 10pm on 1xtra.

Personnally I can't wait to hear this album.

The Documentary was one of the best 'commercial' albums since the Blueprint or Marshall Mathers LP (imo)

So much like his first album then... great production but no lyrical content then!

I was a serious Game fan, watching his first single in America, copping the disc first day of release over here but Hate it or Love It saved him over here (How We Do was massive in the US but greeted with grunts over here). After that I started to be lil more critical and he was saved by Dr Dre, Cool & Dre, Timbaland and Kanye West with their beats rather than lyrical content and the craft of his rap.

How would he do if he didn't have these serious beat makers behind him? Remember, Kanye West only had him rap 10 words on his album and his mixtapes still show that his raps and disses are tired, cliched and lame.

Will go plat but would it be on the Game's OWN merit?

Doubt people like Juice n Ya Boy will be on there. Only the big guests to do big numbers. Though I maybe wrong.

Half the west dont even like Game. Check Snoop's new album for upcoming west coast artists.

one blood was mega boring and as a lead single doesnt promise much.

but i look forward to the just blaze joint with nas on. game is sick over the right beat, no question, church for thugs was mega ill. blaze and Nas are sure to be on point so that track sounds promising. the BEP ish sounds kinda gay. cool and dre are wack. and dre hasnt been consitently on point for a while, neither has snoop so i aint total hype on that one like most people will be. i dunno. i like game as an MC i just hope the beats are better this time.

Dreams was a good example of game bringin niceness over a good beat. although that 2001 line is one of the worst ever.

Sorry, I don't trust an album which contain the lyrics

'talk about me they don't know when to stop
i got the louis vounton beltbuckle holdin the glock
no beam no silencer I know when to pop
i wait till lil john come on to let off a shot
i had the number one billboard spot

Sorry, I don't like the game, I feel he's making a career of Dre's Beat, any 12 year old could'ave wrote that

He's boring

I agree it was good for a comercial album but I think the beats had a lot to do wit it

for every wack line games dropped, theres about 10 good ones like

first came into the game bout 2001/round about the same time dre dropped 2001

...ok maybe not.

his delivery is ill though. thats the most important thing. if the beat bangs and it all sounds crisp then i aint gettin pedantic with the lyrics.

although your lyrics on mysterious girl were sick quasi. props

haha,
Watching the sun go down
The tide is drifting in
We can get closer now
and feel the warmth within
Cos I'm looking in your eyes
Feeling so alive
and Girl when you touch me
It's time to take it through the night

Do you remember those one Jj, Don't play like you don't, these are some classic lines right here.

I bet you were a fan of bubbler ranx tho

Well I've been sitting by the phone hoping you'd call
When time me hear your voice I feel ten feet tall
Body weh you have a make de man dem a bawl
Man a tripover man when time your name call
Your pretty looks surround me like a flowers a bloom
And I love the smell of your Elizabeth Taylor perfume
Your personality alone light up de room
Just one kiss alone a make me heart go boom

I actually wrote that for him

to be honest i didn't want to like game due to the whoring of the industry that went on with 50 cent. but i must admit i was pleasently suprised by his performance when he supported snoop on tour about a year back.

One question, why did he collaborate with Fergie? come on now! That took his "crack" cred down 5 notches. Is it so he can appeal to the 11-15yr olds? I like Will-I-Am as a producer, but Fergie? Another great marketing ploy I presume.
