Another bitterly cold night with clear skies. Remaining very icy with temperatures falling well below zero and a severe frost forming in places. A little light snow is possible at dawn.

Friday:
Mostly dry with plenty of sunshine but temperatures struggling to rise above freezing. A few mainly light snow showers are possible in the morning.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Sunny spells and perhaps a few light snow showers on Saturday. Cloudier on Sunday and Monday with spells of snow. Strong easterly winds will make conditions feel raw.
