Jack, 21, had always wanted to join the army, but his father warned him of the dangers - especially of the risks associated with Afghanistan. ![]() Ian Sadler is 'fuming' over his son's death Jack was in the Honourable Artillery Company in Helmand Province when the vehicle he was travelling in hit a landmine. He died of his injuries later. His father, who lives in Exmouth, is angry about Jack's death: "I'm fuming," he said.
