Big Screen Plymouth

The Big Screen in Plymouth city centre's Piazza is becoming a focal point for civic and community events, together with a variety of special screenings. All the events are free to attend so make a note in your diary.

Tues 27 October: Big Blueprint Big Draw

Calling all budding artists! Here's your chance to make a giant drawing and see your finished artwork live on the Big Screen. This event is part of the UK-wide Big Draw project.

Big Screen Plymouth is a partnership between the BBC, Plymouth City Council and the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (LOCOG). It's one in a network of 21 screens across the UK.

Thur 12 November: 6pm Christmas Lights Switch-On

Plymouth launches its Late Night Christmas festivities - watch out for special guests.

Tue 22 December: 7pm Sing Christmas

Join BBC Radio Devon for a special Christmas carol concert bringing together communities across South West England. The Big Screen will be one of a host of venues singing along in this interactive event.
