BBC Quick Reads

The BBC's Reading and Writing Campaign (RaW) has introduced a series of new books called 'Quick Reads'. BBC Radio Devon's Monica Ellis has featured some of these on her afternoon show. You can hear the extracts again on this page.

Quick Reads are short books aimed at less confident readers, by well known authors, like Any McNabb, John Simpson and Kerry Katona.

BBC South West presenters have been reading extracts from selected Quick Reads on Monica Ellis's show on BBC Radio Devon.
