If you would like us to include your event you should fill in the form at the bottom of this page (please do not send to individual presenters) so that details can be shared with all programmes.

Here's a quick guide to how you can make sure your 'what's on' stands out from the rest.

** Give us as much notice as you can.

** Include ALL the details (the form at the bottom of the page will help).

** Make it sexy! If there's something really interesting happening - sell it to us; you never know, it might make the difference between a brief mention in The Guide to a full three minute radio feature.

Over a quarter of a million people listen to BBC Radio Devon. The Guide is broadcast around 20 minutes to the hour, throughout most programmes so it's a great platform to promote your event.

CONTACTING PRESENTERS

There are several ways that you can keep in touch with BBC Radio Devon:

** Send an email to any of BBC Radio Devon's presenters, or to the station's managing editor, using the form at the bottom of each of their individual pages.

** The Helpline helps find lost pets and reunite old friends. Leave your message on our answerphone - 01752 255500 - and we'll endeavour to get it read out on air as soon as possible.

** If you have a news story - Emma Clements has written a page telling you how to get in touch.

What's on events

The form at the bottom of this page can be used to send us details of all sorts of events, including items for inclusion in the church diary (broadcast during the Sunday breakfast show).
