Darcy the homeless ferret
Can you help Darcy?

Ferreting around for a home

Ferrets Darcy and Bridget are both in need of a good home, and the RSPCA in Exeter is asking for help from experienced ferret owners.

Meet Darcy the homeless ferret, who's looking for a new owner to look after him.

Darcy was found wandering the streets as a stray, but was rescued and is now being cared for by the RSPCA in Exeter.

With him is another ferret in need of a good home, Bridget.

The RSPCA say that Darcy is a friendly chap, but needs to be cared for by an experienced ferret owner.

He's quite domesticated and his favourite activity is running up and down the stairs!

Darcy has been neutered, and would make a great pet.

He's even quoted on the RSPCA website: "Hi! I have lots of pride, and I'm not a bit prejudiced! I'm also very handsome (for a polecat coloured Ferret, that is!). I'm also quite a feisty chap so I need an experienced owner to look after me."

If you can offer a good home for Darcy or Bridget, then contact the RSPCA at the Little Valley Animal Shelter, Exeter, on 01392 439898.

Or visit the Exeter RSPCA website, linked from this page.
