21st October 2004, and it was all in aid of the BBC Radio Devon Chestnut
Appeal
The winning team was "Chips Off the Old Block" from Barnstaple
and incredibly, last years runners-up "Arborial Evergreens",
finished in the same position!
The winning team name went to "Abba" (Appledore's Building

Test the County II was a follow-up to last year's fundraising event
which raised more than £22,000 for BBC Radio Devon's adopted charity.
On air on Thursday 21st October, celebrity question master Judi Spiers
fired off 10 rounds of general knowledge questions live on BBC Radio
Devon.
If you missed the fun, or just want another look, you can take a look
at the questions right here:
Presenters from BBC Radio Devon travelled the length and breadth of
the county to report on the progress of quiz teams playing in pubs,
clubs, churches, community halls, workplaces and at home.

Don't forget to send your answer sheets back to us to be in with a
chance to win a bumper pack of CDs, DVDs and books.
