The show starts at 6am with an hour of music - that's music for worship, praise and inspiration - favourite hymns, traditional songs and beautiful tunes.

Then after seven, it's time to talk about some of the key ethical debates of the day, feature many different religious organisations and worship groups, while focussing on the personalities who are in the news.

There's also a look at some of Sunday's big events - a little bit of help for you if you're planning a day out.

And on Saturday's you can join Johnny for a couple of hours of entertainment from 12 noon with a guide to entertainment, TV and a weekly nature feature.
