 MONDAY - 13th July

Aleena Naylor's Mid Morning Show sent Sally Swinfen along to meet  4 year old Thomas who sang a song from one of his favourite musicals .....

TUESDAY - 14th July

People from across the country have been taking their place on the fourth plinth at Trafalgar Square. It's part of a project by the artist Anthony Gormley where two thousand four hundred people will stand on the plinth until October for an hour at a time. Mike Brown from Derby took his place on the plinth yesterday and apparently cooked up a storm, he chats with Colin Bloomfield .... 

WEDNESDAY - 8th July

For generations their shrill sound has echoed through school corridors, but now it would appear recorders are being replaced by an instrument considered easier on the ears - the ukulele. Aleena Naylor was joined by a rock and pop duo called the RE-ENTRANTS. They played a ukulele tribute to Michael Jackson.....

THURSDAY -9th July

On Wednesday night the winner of Ilkeston's Got Talent was crowned and it was 16 year old Caroline Budden. She came into the studio with her mum, Janet, to talk to Shane O'Connor about the experience and to give us a taster of her singing talent........
