Derby - Message Board House Rules
We've established these House Rules so that everyone can get the
most out of the BBC Discussion Message Boards. These Rules protect
all users by making sure the Message Boards are safe and fun for
everyone.
About your posts
Keep your contributions civil, tasteful and relevant. We're committed
to providing an atmosphere in which constructive and mature dialogue
takes place. Therefore:
No flaming - either in the Message Boards or via email to a user.
Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful,
obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive, or otherwise
objectionable material is not acceptable.
Be patient. Users of all ages and abilities will be taking part
in these Discussion Message Boards.
We don't allow spamming. Don't cross post your messages to more
than one Message Board, or post off-topic messages.
No advertising.
Posts containing languages other than English may be removed.
No spoofing - use your own real name. Impersonating someone else
is unacceptable. Adopting an inappropriate user name (one that
is vulgar, offensive, etc.) is also unacceptable.
We're sorry, but you may not refer to specific URLs (web site
addresses) in Message Board messages. If you know of a worthy
web site relevant to the discussion topic, please go to the Web
Guide and recommend it by email if it's not already listed.
