Scout and Bleaklow - two fabulous moors but they do need
to be taken seriously!
Stanton
Moor near Birchover - small heather moorland with many ancient
hut circles and the Nine Ladies Stone Circle.

Edge near Hathersage - the haunt of many climbers, bikers
and walkers - it is a fabulous place especially on a clear day.
Nearby stands North Lees Hall, which inspired Charlotte Bronte
to write Jane Eyre.
Lathkill
Dale and its quieter neighbour Bradford Dale near Youlgreave
- two fabulous limestone dales, always worth exploring.
Chatsworth
Park - need I say more?
The
Roaches - Staffordshire's fine gritstone outcrops. Are the
Wallabies still there?

of Chrome Hill or is it a sleeping dragon!
Wolfscote Daleand Beresford Dale, near Hartington
- the quieter end of Dovedale and so much better for it!
The
Manifold Valley - another fabulous area that often plays
second fiddle to Dovedale.
