A record number of runners have taken part in this year's Derby 10k and Fun Run.
The runners reach the city centre
Thousands of people have celebrated completing the Derby 10k and Fun Run.
A record number of 3,014 participants took part in the main 10k race which started and finished at Pride Park Stadium.
The route took the athletes through Morledge, East Street, St Peter's Street, Sadler Gate, Iron Gate, Market Place and Exeter Place.
And fastest of all the runners was Neil Renault, from Long Eaton Running Club, who finished in a time of 31.05m.
He said: "I'm a little bit tired - there's nothing quite like the feeling of blood in your lungs!
"It was hard work through the city centre - much harder than it looks when you're just out doing your shopping.
"But there's been really good support all the way along - I've been getting a big shout every half-kilometre."
1. Neil Renault (Long Eaton Running Club) 31.05m
1. Jennifer MacLean (Edinburgh Athletics Club) 32.25m
