Sturgeon reaffirms Scotland to keep sterling

Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon reiterated the SNP plan to retain a currency union with the rest of the UK should Scotland vote for independence in next year's referendum during general questions on 5 December 2013.

In a general question time dominated by the issues of the finances of an independent Scotland, Ms Sturgeon was also asked about the tax system and the national debt.
