Northern Ireland Secretary Theresa Villiers announces a new bill to be brought before Parliament to devolve power over corporation tax the Northern Irish Assembly following the progress made with the Stormont House agreement.

The talks saw broad agreements on welfare and dealing with the troubles after 12 weeks of discussion between the British and Irish governments.
