Rufus Hound

Rufus has recently been hosting live nightly coverage and getting all the backstage gossip from the big summer festivals including Glastonbury, Reading and T in the Park on BBC Two and BBC Three. He has also been guest presenter alongside Fearne Cotton on Top of the Pops.

Rufus started out as a stand up comedian before moving into presenting. He hosted Channel 4's breakfast entertainment show RISE, appeared with Carol Vorderman on Vorderman's Big Brain Game and was seen as a mentor for nervous 'best men' in ITV2's Best Man's Speech.

Rufus has also presented Grime Scene Investigation on BBC Three and narrated two series of Mythbusters - also on BBC Three. Most impressively he manages to do all this whilst still working full-time as a stand-up comedian!

He is now looking forward to putting on his legwarmers and co-hosting BBC Three's Dance Xtra - the sister show to DanceX!
