Dance Xtra, every Saturday, 8pm on BBC Three

Dance Xtra is the brand new Saturday night DanceX spin-off show on BBC Three.

After the live show on BBC One each week, presenters Angellica Bell and Rufus Hound will be the first to chat to Arlene and Bruno about how both groups performed that evening. They'll have their panels with them and expect heated debate about whether the right contestant was voted off.

We'll get reaction from the knocked out contestant and we'll see the emotional reunions with their family and friends. We'll also have exclusive behind the scenes reality action with all the contestants and their coaches as they build up to that week's show.

This week it's your chance to grill Arlene and Bruno or any of the contestants. We will be reading out your e-mail questions and even having some people live on the phone with the chance to talk directly to Arlene, Bruno or the contestants.
