Camilla: Reveals she's no newcomer to dancing

Twenty four year old Camilla was living in Germany with her partner of three years Aaron and working on Starlight Express when she decided to fly over and audition for DanceX. After successfully reaching the recalls Camilla made the decision to finish her 'Starlight' career early and leave her life in Germany behind to come and follow her DanceX journey.

Camilla's partner Aaron is a performer, they met while in training for 'Starlight' and have been happily together ever since. When Camilla is in England she lives with her mum Julie and her step father Dave, in Princes Risborough, in Buckinghamshire. She has a sister Lucy who is 21, a half sister Emily who lives in California and two younger step brothers.

Camilla says being in 'Starlight' is her greatest achievement so far and also one of the toughest challenges she has ever had to face. Learning to sing in German and to skate to such a high standard was particularly difficult.

Camilla has been dancing since she was six years old and very early on knew she wanted to spend her life performing. At 18 she studied a three year Musical Theatre Diploma course at Arts Educational School in London and graduated in 2002.

When she's not performing Camilla loves to travel and gets away any opportunity she can with Aaron. She also has a passion for fashion and skiing. Camilla's ultimate dream would be to travel the world and have a family of her own.

Arlene has finally lost the plot by getting rid of Ife instead of Camilla. Ife has an individuality, charisma and looks like a star. There are lots of girls who look like Camilla, but to me she's bland and her singing is childish.
