If there's one thing that scares Elizabeth it's sailing - which is why she decides to take to the open seas in a yacht!
While keeping watch at 5am in the morning she reflects on her admiration for other sailors, in particular Ellen McArthur.

You may recognise Elizabeth – she was in a contestant in Big Brother II. She is from Penrith and survived in the house for 9 weeks!!
