For the latest information about closed schools and cancellations due to the bad weather, you should listen to BBC Radio Cumbria.

If the weather is bad overnight, Gordon Swindlehurst will bring you full details of closures and cancellations between 6.30-9am during BBC Radio Cumbria's Breakfast Show.

Any information we broadcast on the radio will be added to this website during Gordon Swindlehurst's programme and will be available via the front page.

If you are the headteacher of a closed school let us know if your school is closed by calling 0845 305 1122 and have your DFE number available.
