Question:
If you want to learn more about getting the most from the internet, including a step by step guide on how to download RealPlayer, check out the BBC's webwise guide.

Answer:
You do NOT have to part with a penny to see our video and audio files.

The format we use is real media - this is a standard across the BBC. The reason it was chosen was because it works on slow modem connections (28k) - so enabling more people to access it.

Wherever we have included audio or video you'll see these symbols audio , video.

The basic version is available as a free download with more advanced versions available for a price.

TIP: If you want the free software you must seek out the basic version of RealPlayer once you get to the www.real.com website.
