"CAPSTAN NAVY CUT CIGARETTES" makes sense but what is
the last bit about? "WILLS BULWARK CUT PLUG" Is this something
you'd put in a pipe? Sounds disgusting.
This photo actually shows two ghost ads - there is another one on
the corner of Buccleugh Street - above the person in the bright
yellow top.
