Carol Douglas is a songwriter, composer & lyricist based in Carlisle and a long term member of the MCPS/PRS. ![]() Carol She has a very wide variety of material in many genres: pop, rock, blues, folk, musical theatre, jazz, country, comedy, classical, songs for children, and ones about tough issues. She also co-writes online with other writers and musicians around the world and has been played on many regional BBC Radio stations and on Tom Robinson’s BBC Introducing. Five of her songs are also included on a resource database of new music for Schools. Having had songs published in the past, and interest shown by known artists, Carol is hoping that more developments are in the pipeline.
