Probably something to do with moving from Penrith to Plumpton after 51 years. Most of my stuff is pencil, some mixed, the rest oil. I like oil you get chance to think while it's drying, then discard it or finish it depending whether the trail is on or gone cold.  George Jarvis and his family I had a couple of exhibitions 15 and 20 years back. Then another last summer '07, not much interest from the public or myself for that matter. I think the more you expose your thoughts or ideas the more you have to justify them but from here, in space at least, it feels safer somehow.
