This is an exciting time for BERG. The current BR7 experiment, directed by Professor Quatermass, is Britain's first privately financed manned space mission, showing that space exploration programmes need not rely solely on governments for funding. The BR7, manned by a team of three highly trained astronauts, will range approximately 260,000 miles away from the Earth for a period of three weeks.
