From Yes, Minister to Spitting Image, The New Statesman, The Alan Clark Diaries and the new series The Thick of It, political satirists have created an alternative cabinet of wonderfully funny, crooked representatives.
Contributors Ian Hislop, Armando Iannucci and Roy Hattersley marvel at the contrast between these biting TV portrayals and the sanitised, favourable light that the real politicians expect to be shown in.
