More Monkey Magic

Newly-dubbed 'missing' Monkey episodes to air on Channel 4.

Starting on Tuesday 7th September, Channel 4 will screen the 13 "missing" episodes of the cult Japanese TV show Monkey.

The episodes were recently dubbed into English by the original cast, and these broadcasts are the first time they have been shown in the UK.

The first episode, The Tormented Emperor, features Pigsy and Dragon going undercover in a women's dormitory to find a lost shoe's owner.

Monkey can be seen on Tuesday 7th September at 1.45am. It's preceded by a documentary, The Lost, about the recovery of the missing episodes at 1.15am.
