Flash Gordon to return to the big screen.
Comic book hero, star of television and a deliciously camp movie, Flash, the intergalactic space hero, is heading back to the big screen.
Variety reports that The Mummy and Van Helsing writer-director Stephen Sommers and producer Bob Ducsay will once more reunite to helm the movie.
But who will follow in the thigh-booted footsteps of Bust Crabbe and Sam Jones? The Cult team is already launching a campaign for somebody with big arms to get the lead role (Ben Browder, perhaps) and for Brian Blessed to don his wings and shout a lot once more.
