Black on Farscape

Claudia Black talks about the return of Aeryn Sun.

This month's Dreamwatch Magazine features an interview with Farscape star Claudia Black, who talks about her return to the Uncharted Territories.

After an absence of two years, Farscape is returning in the form of a two-part, four-hour mini-series, which picks up from where the season four finale left off and ties up a lot of the loose ends for Aeryn Sun and the rest of Moya's crew.

"The mini-series completes the circle for Aeryn," says Black. "I don't normally go for traditional endings, but I'm delighted that we've been able to give the fans this opportunity to see Farscape rounded off in a way that's closer to what everyone had hoped and imagined."

Despite admitting that she initially had reservations about resurrecting the role of Aeryn, Black never looked back once filming had commenced. "It was a great opportunity for all of us," she says. "We had the opportunity to reset the clock and get a second chance."

Dreamwatch Magazine issue 120 is on sale now. Also included is an interview with actress Raelee Hill, a.k.a. the dangerous to know Sikozu and a look at the new CGI series of Captain Scarlet.
