Executive producer of new US fantasy series Wonderfalls speaks.

Quirky new fantasy series Wonderfalls debuted in the US this week.

It follows the everyday life of a souvenir shop worker at Niagara Falls who bizarrely begins interacting with the trinkets she sells. The shop's toys and ornaments begin talking to her and provide cryptic clues which lead her into into the lives of others in need.

Executive Producer Tim Minear - who also worked on Angel and Firefly - recently talked to the Cult website about the show's inception, its unusual premise and the early pitfalls of production.
