Doctor Who (1963)

The clip should play automatically after a few seconds. If not, click here.

Doctor Who's incredibly eerie incidental music was composed by Ron Grainer (who also wrote the music for the Prisoner) and realised by Delia Derbyshire. In the days before synthesizers she created every note individually, and played them using a bank of tape decks.
