Buffy News    21 October 2002
Buffy vs. Waxula

Buffy gets waxed If you've ever fancied yourself as a Slayer, you can now join Buffy on the Trail of the Vampires at London's Madame Tussaud's.

Visitors can grab a Vampire Patrol Sheet and try to find the celebrities bitten by the Prince of Darkness himself, Count Dracula. Find them all, and you're in with a chance of winning a prize.

Don't bother to check Kylie's bottom, though - we already have, and it's fang-free!

Highlight of the trail is the stunning new waxwork of Sarah Michelle Gellar, based upon studies of the actress made during the filming of Scooby Doo. The exhibit is totally authentic, right down to the red leather trousers donated by Gellar herself.

A second waxwork is due to be launched in Los Angeles for American fans, and it's hoped that Sarah might pop along to pose with her double during her next visit to the UK.

If you have RealPlayer, check out our featurette, as Diane Moon of Tussaud's talks about the exhibit, or visit our brand new gallery, featuring pictures from the press launch and behind-the-scenes shots of the figure being created.
