At around 10.45am on Friday 18th February 2011, CCTV shows two men entering Harvey Daly Jeweller's in Peterborough.
They browse the shops display cabinets, but suddenly one of them pulls out a gun.
He holds it to the shopkeeper's head while the other jumps over the counter and starts helping himself to thousands of pounds worth of gold chains.
But they've picked on the wrong man. The courageous victim fights back – literally throwing them out of his shop.
And he isn't the only one to take matters into his own hands.
As they tried to flee, a have-a-go-hero tackles them whilst a quick-thinking photographer snapped these pictures.
The men spoke with Eastern European accents.
