Police would like to trace two women in connection with the theft of around £3,500 worth of gold jewellery from Sue Adams Jewellery, High Street, Tutbury, Staffordshire.
The theft took place at around 11.50am on 14 June 2008. Two women entered the shop, started taking to the shop owner and tried on various items of jewellery. They said they would come back later with enough money to buy some items. However they failed to return and the shop owner later discovered various items of gold jewellery had been stolen.
They could be from the Romanian travelling community. Anyone with information should call Staffordshire Police on 0300 123 4455 extn 825.
