12.50pm Mourning Becomes Electra A rare breed - a band formed from a college course that are actually really good - featuring ex/current members of a host of local groups including Jesus Deluxe, Cathedral, Konniguan, Cartel and Flash Vegas.
1.40pm Sound Of The Drags Trailer trash rock 'n' roll from Coventry. The band formerly known as Dragster are currently finishing work on their debut album provisionally titled Hotrod Devil Rock, which will be out in June.

2.40pm Kid Galahad Back by popular demand and previewing songs from their second album. Fans of Channel 4's Teachers will be familiar with some of the material from their first long player. Fans of the band will know they're awesome live!
3.40pm Thoria Coventry's leading noise mongers are to set ears bleeding once again after their storming set last year. After appearing on MTV2 and at last years Kerrang! weekender work is just being finished to their second full studio album.
4.40pm Har Mar Superstar Love him or loathe him the cult of Har Mar is spreading far and wide, with the assistance of some high-profile admirers. The Strokes, The Hives, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Kelly Osbourne and even Incubus have taken him on tour with them.
5.40pm Biffy Clyro This impassioned Scots trio have grown from strength to strength since last year's Godiva appearance and are soon to release their second album. "The overall effect is a band closest to replicating Nirvana's quiet-loud dynamics and raw emotion without sounding like them." (KKKKK - kerrang!).
7pm 3 Colours Red Signed to the now legendary Creation label in the 90's, 3CR were that rare breed - a British rock band notching up Top Ten Singles when all around was Britpop. Now reformed for a Lazarus-like return with a highly anticipated new album in the offing.

8.25pm The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster From Brighton, 80's Matchbox' are a cross-bred hybrid of The 'Stripes, The Stooges and The Damned, and, the music's pure howlin' swamp-blues rock 'n' roll. NME called them "by far the best new band in Britain today" and voted their first album the best debut of the year.
9.45pm Shed Seven One of the few survivors of the 90s Britpop explosion, the band were born in the early part of the decade out of a love for The Stone Roses and other top Indie bands and have so far bagged 15 Top 40 hits, from Going for Gold to Disco Down.

10pm Rodney P and Skitz BBC Radio 1Xtra's bring the best of British hip hop and ragga to the masses.
