Rambling down the pub

Join Fred Luckett on a ‘Real Ale Ramble’ as his intrepid group of Coventry drinkers take on the peaks of the Malvern Hills in this video.

Fred Luckett set up the Coventry Real Ale Ramblers a few years ago, when drinking with friends. It truned out they all shared two interests – walking and drinking – and so they decided to unite their pleasures.

The group is informal and meets once a month to take on a new walk, planned carefully to have several traditional public houses on route. Planned routes include Quatt, Stratford Canal, Corley Moor and South Birmingham.

In this video, filmed by Fred, we see the friends take on their highest challenge in the Malverns, experiencing the strange affects of altitude and alcohol as they go!
