Clive "Topsy" Toner became a tall ship skipper after leaving the Navy. Today he has his own tall ship the former Baltic Trader "Ruth" which he sails out of Penzance. Topsy has worked as a maritime co-ordinator in the film industry. Here he takes us onboard for a trip past Mounts Bay.
