+Have your say on issues affecting disabled people.

+Your chance to write for a BBC website.

+Just contact us to give your ideas for Access Cornwall.

+An email is all it takes.

Are you disabled or do you work with or know someone who is?

If so why not get involved with Access Cornwall?

We at BBC Cornwall recognise that the best people to write about the issues faced by disabled people in the county are those very same people.

Or perhaps you are a carer with a disabled family member and have issues you would like to air.

This section is yours and we would love to hear from you with your ideas for what should be covered and what, if possible, you would like to write about yourself.

At the very least give us your thoughts on what we should be covering in the county which will be of interest to disabled people.

If you would like to write for the site or just tell us what to write about simply send an email to conrwall@bbc.co.uk and we will get back to you to make the necessary arrangements.

Comments:

I don't think the Highways Department realise how difficult it is for users of wheelchairs etc. when they get to the end of a pavement at a road junction and find that the pavement is too high a drop. I cannot negotiate a drop of more than two inches without damaging the back of my scooter. Why not have ramps there like the ones outside houses with drives.
