Rip Curl Pro Riders and professionally qualified British Surfing Association instructors will be on hand offering expert advice and training during the weekend.

The tour will also head back to Fistral Beach during the Rip Curl Boardmasters from the 4 to the 10 August where lessons will be running with the English Surfing Federation throughout the duration of the event.

In addition to top notch surfing lessons Rip Curl will be offering a goodie bag including event tee shirt amongst other things. Following a days surfing girls can stretch and relax in the Chill Out Zone and also have a chance to experience demos and lessons in the Brazilian Martial art form - Capoeira.

French longboard champion Justine Dupont will be on-hand in Newquay to offer her top tips to girls. 

Girls have the option of doing a full weekend of surf lessons (price £75), a full day (price £40) or a half day (£25.)
