The Cornwall Food and Drink Festival returned to Truro for three days of cookery demonstrations, exhibitions and markets at the end of September.
Over the three days some of Cornwall's top chefs were showcasing their best recipes live on stage.

Flying the flag for Cornish produce
BBC Radio Cornwall's James Churchfield, Joanna Twist, Naomi Kennedy, Emma Lloyd, Denis Nightingale, Issy Taylor, Matt Shepherd, Donna Birrell, Martin Bailie and Daphne Skinnard were the comperes over the three days of cooking.
Both Emma Lloyd's Afternoon Programme, and Donna Birrell's Sunday morning show came live from the Festival.
A new event at this year's festival was the Brunch Challenge which took place on Sunday 30 September. Organised by the Womens Food and Farming Union, this event took the form of a challenge to young Scouts in Cornwall. They had to cook a special meal with the assistance of chefs from the Fifteen Cornwall restaurant.

Scouts from the Penzance-Newlyn Troop visited Carruan Farm at Polzeath, in preparation for their Big Brunch Challenge.

During the Friday and Saturday afternoons of the festival, the Hall for Cornwall hosted some special wine and cheese tasting events.
