'That'll Be The Day' was first performed in 1986. In the 21 years that have followed, the production has taken to the stage for a further 3000-odd performances gathering many fans along the way.

Over 80 classic-gold hits of the '50s, '60s and '70s combine with new wacky comedy routines to produce a show with a real feel good party atmosphere.

Rebel Dean's invitation to join the 'That'll Be The Day' crew comes after several successful years of touring in other popular Rock n' Roll shows including 'Rockin' on Heaven's Door', 'Rock 'N' Roll Forever' and the self-penned musical 'Let's Rock'.

He has spent many years touring in his own tribute shows to his inspirations; Elvis, Shaky and Eddie Cochran. And he has gained great success with all three, especially his favourite, Elvis.

At the end of the '80s Rebel was chosen to star in the hit musical 'Four Steps to Heaven' as Elvis. There he met and worked with director Keith Strachan, who had worked with a young Shakin' Stevens in 'Elvis The Musical'.

This was the first time that Rebel worked for the legendary producer Bill Kenwright. Rebel started the show as the 1950's Elvis then opened the second half in the leather '68 special suit. Ending the show as the 70's Vegas Elvis.

The highlight of the show was three months at the Picadilly Theatre in the West End of London after an extensive tour of the British Isles.
