Life is a blur for James Blunt at the moment. The singer has already scored his first number one single with 'You're Beautiful' and topped the album charts with 'Back To Bedlam' and is now embarking on nationwide tours.
On Friday 5 August he came to Newquay to perform in front of a packed marquee. He was appearing on BBC Radio One's Jo Whiley Show ahead of his gig at Nokia Unleashed on Friday night.

James Blunt’s family have served in one kind of army or another since 995A.D so it was natural that he should follow in his ancestor's foot-steps. But they didn't have music in their blood. James however loved music and picked up the guitar as a teenager. Even when he was in the army he had a dream about a music career. He spent a lot of his spare time writing songs. And it certainly paid off. James' first UK tour is completely sold out, with another planned for next year. The future certainly is 'beautiful' for James Blunt. |
