Run
to the Sun is entering its 19th year
It
is one of the largest and diverse VW and custom car events
since its conception
This
year the Main Arena will host some of the finest DJ's including
Rob Tissera, Judge Jules, Ian McKenzie, and Ben McGowan.
The stage will also show live performances from dancers and
many more crazy performers.
Thousands
of car enthusiasts from across the UK cruise down to Cornwall
to indulge in the annual festival.

Run
to the Sun is entering its 19th year and has grown into the largest
Custom Car, VW and dance festival in Europe since its conception.

The
event is a three day event spread over two sites in Newquay; Trevelgue
Holiday Park which is the main event site, and Tregunnel car park
in the town which hosts the Show 'n' Shine.
The
cruise organised by Volksworld and Custom Car magazines heralds
the beginning of the festival on Friday 27 May.
Starting
at Heston services on the M4, VW and Custom Car enthusiasts meet
at various service stations enroute to the festival site.
Over
the years the annual has attracted in excess of 1000 cars creating
a line of traffic over eight kilometres long!
The
main arena is open for three nights of live entertainment complete
with DJ's, visual performers and laser shows

This
year's event will host a variety of top class entertainment including
superstar DJ's, hilarious comedians and some fantastic bands.
Judge
Jules is in headlining the main arena on Saturday night. The BBC
Radio One DJ promises to be a real crowd pleaser.
Rob
Tissera, Andy Farley and Ben McGowan are also appearing at the RTTS
festival during the three nights of entertainment.
Arena
Two promises plenty of cheese! For all the party people, a blend
of your favourite dance anthems and classic golden oldies with the
ultimate 70's funk night await you.
Arena
Three is the home of the live bands during RTTS including Jonestown
on Friday, Basement Types on Saturday and Not The Beatles on Sunday.

A Beatles tribute band based in West Cornwall. They aim
to play faithful reproductions of the Beatles most famous
songs, with the emphasis on the early hits and rock n roll.
