DJ Spoony: Hello, and welcome to today's Live Chat with the Sugababes interviewed by DJ Spoony.

Question from Sal: How did the Radio 1 gig go today - do you have as many nerves in front of a small audience compared to something like One Big Sunday?
Sugababes, Heidi: We started our day at 6am this morning. We got up then. Got picked up at 7am and we were on the Radio 1 Breakfast Show.
Sugababes, Keisha: Sara was great. It depends. Doing a small gig is really intimate so you have a good time but we always get butterflies.

Question from Natasha: What do you do before a performance to calm your nerves?
Sugababes, Mutya: We say a prayer and we have a little saying that we all say together. Then we go on stage.
Sugababes: What we usually say before we go on is "Come on girls, do you believe in love, cause we've got something to say about it and it goes something like this!"

Question from Kelly Peters: What was Sara Cox like when you were on the Breakfast Show this morning?
Sugababes She's great - very funny.

Question from Lisa: Do you think Spoony's handsome?
Sugababes, Heidi: He's gorgeous!
Sugababes, Mutya: Nothing above you really is there?!

Question from Lee Ryans Girl: I love your new song 'Shape'. Do you think it will get to number 1?
Sugababes, Keisha: Probably not because it's the 4th single off the album. We'll be lucky to scrape the top 10.
Sugababes, Heidi: People don't understand that the record companies are more interested in album sales and you put singles out to promote the album. It's sold nearly a million now so most of our fans probably have the single already. But if you like it, go out and buy it!
Sugababes, Mutya: It's great though, I didn't think we'd be able to reach the 4th single off the album. It's great because we wanted Shape to be a single.

Question from Shaz: Which video did you enjoy shooting most from the album?
Sugababes, Keisha: Probably had the most laughs on Round Round but the vid for the new single we were walking around in underwear - not very glamorous!

Question from rosie: Heidi - if Duncan from Blue asked you out, what would you say?
Sugababes, Heidi: No. Duncan is just a friend. He's gorgeous looking but he's just a really good mate and I think he's a bit of a naughty boy. I don't think you could tame him. I couldn't handle him.
Sugababes, Keisha: Good looking celebs... hmmm... they're already taken. Nas, taken by Kelis. Nelly's got a girlfriend, Justin's with someone every weekend!
Sugababes, Mutya: Same as Keisha, and Eminem. Who else is there? It would never happen though.

Question from BOBBY_X: Have any of you ever felt like doing a duet with someone like Nelly or Justin or someone British like Dane Bowers or David Sneddon?!
Sugababes, Keisha: The Neptunes would be good.
Sugababes, Heidi: My all time favourite person would be Lauryn Hill but I doubt that moment would ever happen, but I think she's amazing. I saw Dane performing a few weeks ago in a club and he's got a wicked voice.

Question from Fern: Who has the best singing voice?
Sugababes, Mutya: That's easy... we don't have the same tones, we can all do different stuff so certain people are going to like certain people's voices. We've all got our own way to sing, so I don't think any of us are better than the other. If we became soloists it would work, we could all go out there and sing for ourselves.
Sugababes, Heidi: When we go in the studio, we don't compete on tracks because we all have different voices.

Question from Alan: What was with the fluorescent hair at the Brits? (Heidi had green extensions and Mutya had pink hair)
Sugababes, Heidi: A new phase we're going through.
Sugababes, Mutya: It's just a change.
Sugababes, Heidi: And if you can't go all out for the Brits when can you go all out?!?
Sugababes, Keisha: I preferred the tables at the Brits though, it was a bit like a conference this year. It was like being at a cinema, it was really restricting.
Sugababes, Heidi: The seats were really far apart.
Sugababes, Keisha: Performing was good but in terms of being in the audience, I preferred last year.

Question from Banana: Do you think you've missed out on anything being famous at a young age?
Sugababes, Mutya: There was certain things, certain parties... but if you want to do this, it's a job at the end of the day. I still go out, go to the cinema. I like 10 pin bowling.
Sugababes, Heidi: I don't!
Sugababes, Keisha: Some places you can't go. Sometimes our friends organise nights and if we go there, we don't really get hassled. Obviously if you go to a public place you will get hassled!

Question from Joe: You're locked in the stationary cupboard for three minutes with either: Daniel Bedingfield or Michael Jackson. Who would you rather be with and why?
Sugababes, Keisha: Michael Jackson for me. I just wanna get to know him and tell him how much he's helped me as I looked up to him when I was younger.
Sugababes, Heidi: I'd probably pick Michael Jackson. Ask him to show me how to Moonwalk! In the dark!
Sugababes, Mutya: Michael as well. I'd ask him to sing for me for those three minutes. My fave tune is Man In The Mirror.
Sugababes, Heidi: Or try and write a song with him.

DJ Spoony: We're going to be playing a game of Cut The Deck - where one of the Sugababes will take my place as the interviewer...
DJ Spoony: Mutya's card is a 5
DJ Spoony: Heidi's card is a Queen
DJ Spoony: Keisha's card is a 9!
DJ Spoony: So it's Heidi in the hot seat!!!

Question from Anon: You're stranded on top of a mountain with no food. Which one of you would you eat first and why?
Sugababes, Mutya: We wouldn't eat Keisha...
Sugababes, Keisha: Spoony first, because we're small!
Sugababes, Spoony: I think I'd eat... it's a little bit unfair on me this question. Maybe my self! Just a little bit of wing!
Sugababes, Mutya: Spoony!
Sugababes, Spoony: Pick on the boy won't you!

Question from Andrea: What's the most expensive thing you've bought?
Sugababes, Mutya: I don't know, nothing big. Holiday, me and my Mum went away.
Sugababes, Spoony: My house I think.
Sugababes, Keisha: I'm not cheap... but we normally get things for free. I did buy some boots that were really expensive.

Question from Kerry Bilby: Do you keep the stuff fans give you?
Sugababes, Mutya: Yes.
Sugababes, Spoony: All the time. I have a special room. I used to have a box, then a corner, then a room.
Sugababes, Keisha: Yeah.

Question from Mick: Tell us a secret!
Sugababes, Keisha: When I was younger, I used to want to be Michael Jackson.
Sugababes, Spoony: The first time I ever saw Keisha in a nightclub I thought she was well fit. She was in tight jeans and I thought wow! I knew you'd cringe, Keisha!
Sugababes, Mutya: A secret... I don't know. I can't think of any secrets.

Question from wellknownfatbloke: "Does my bum look big in this?" What's the best response?
Sugababes, Mutya: Yes it does so move on!
Sugababes, Keisha: Yes!

DJ Spoony: Back to ME asking the questions now!

Question from Alex_Foy: What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever said to you?
Sugababes, Keisha: I've forgotten now... "Me and my sister fancy you, is it alright if we get a signed autograph!?"
